Major Crime Bulletin

The Major Crime Investigative Support (MCIS) team at the National Crime Agency (NCA) produce a quarterly Major Crime Bulletin to update investigators with news about legislation, guidance, trends and emerging techniques, including novel use of external forensics techniques.

Journal of Homicide and Major Incident Investigation

Until November 2016, the National Homicide Working Group (HWG) published the Journal of Homicide and Major Incident Investigation which encouraged practitioners and policymakers to share their professional knowledge and practice. The journal was published twice a year and contained papers on professional practice, procedure, legislation and developments, which were relevant to those investigating homicide and major incidents.
