Maximising potential conference
Thursday 29 January 2026, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Ryton-on-Dunsmore
This conference is designed to enable development, inspire progression and build strong peer networks.
All sessions throughout the conference will be aligned with the overarching theme: future senior leaders.
The day will include:
- Morning workshop with Matt Jenkins (Dream and Leap)
- Afternoon breakout workshops, to include the highly popular one-to-one coaching sessions with experienced leadership coaches, offering personalised advice and support for your next career steps. (These will be self-selected in advance once your place has been confirmed).
- Networking opportunities with colleagues from across UK policing
- Exhibitor stalls including national police networks and support organisations
- Free lunch and refreshments
Attendance is free, but places are limited to those from underrepresented groups (with priority given to Home Office forces). If applications exceed available spaces, delegates will be selected using an independent randomiser. All applicants will be notified of the outcome by 24 November 2025.
