We are:

Policing in England and Wales can only be successful with the support and cooperation of the public.

Our ambition is for all communities to feel protected, respected and represented by the police service.

We cannot achieve this alone.

We’ll work together with our partners to address the challenges facing policing and to build a service that is trusted, resilient and effective now and in the future.
