- The Centre for Police Productivity would like to hear about innovations that are freeing up officer and staff time. Have you successfully reduced administrative burden or streamlined processes in your force? We can also provide benefits management support, helping forces to identify, measure, track and evidence the outcomes and efficiencies delivered through change and innovation. Email us at productivity@college.police.uk
- The practice bank is made up of shared interventions that have been implemented by policing and crime reduction and community safety organisations. These have been used to address specific crime problems or organisational change.
- South Yorkshire Police host a national police benefits realisation working group network. This contains practitioners from police forces across the country who can also assist. Email them at Benefits_Realisation@southyorkshire.police.uk
