Our coaches
We have a pool of Level 7 qualified executive coaches, who are experienced in working with senior leaders. Their diverse areas of expertise range from being former senior leaders within policing and the Civil Service, to being highly qualified psychologists and psychotherapists. This enables us to select a suitable coach for your specific needs.

We will then:
- contact you to discuss your coaching needs
- offer you three coaches' biographies for you to choose from
You will then receive a 30-minute free 'chemistry' session with your chosen coach, before starting your paid-for sessions.
